What you can see in Zeno depends on where content is stored and whether a saved preset is personal, shared with your organisation, or curated by Zeno.
Private and Collaborative Workspaces
Your Private Workspace is available only to you. Chats, prompts, files, and documents stored there are not available to members of a collaborative workspace.
Content in a workspace you shared with colleagues is available to the members of that workspace.
Documents and Other Workspace Knowledge
Files, folders, and documents follow the visibility of the workspace where they are stored:
In your Private Workspace, they are available only to you.
In a collaborative workspace, they are available to that workspace's members.
Zeno does not currently show a separate customer-facing content type called a knowledge item. If you use this term for files, folders, or documents that provide context to Zeno, their visibility follows the workspace where they are stored.
Prompts
A prompt sent in a chat follows the visibility of that chat. In a collaborative workspace, workspace members can see the chat, including its prompts and responses.
A saved Prompt preset is different: its visibility depends on whether it appears under Personal, Organization, or Curated by Zeno.
Templates and Presets
Zeno presents saved templates as presets. Prompt, Table, and Rulebook presets can appear in these categories:
Personal — available only to the person who created the preset.
Organization — shared with members of your organisation.
Curated by Zeno — built-in presets provided by Zeno.
Sharing a preset with your organisation does not share chats, files, or documents from your Private Workspace. Similarly, adding someone to a collaborative workspace does not give them access to your Personal presets.
Rulebooks
A saved Rulebook follows the same visibility rules as other presets. A Rulebook under Personal is available only to its creator. A Rulebook under Organization is available to members of the organisation, while a Rulebook under Curated by Zeno is provided by Zeno.
Important Points to Note
Workspace membership controls access to chats, prompts, files, folders, and documents in that workspace.
Preset visibility is separate from workspace membership.
Workspace roles determine what a member can change or manage, even when they can view the same workspace content.
