How to Create and Edit a Writing Profile

Create a writing profile from examples of your own writing and update it in Response settings.

Written by Natali Petras

A writing profile helps Zeno reflect how you phrase, structure and express ideas by learning from examples of your own writing.

Create a separate profile for each situation where your writing is distinct, such as client emails, internal memos, pleadings or contract provisions.

Important Points to Note

  • Use examples that match the type of writing named in the profile.

  • Aim for at least a few paragraphs in each example so Zeno can identify how you phrase, structure and express ideas.

  • Use varied examples to help Zeno capture your style more accurately.

  • You can add up to five examples to a writing profile.
