What is a Table Preset?
A table preset is a saved layout of columns, perfect when you review the same kind of document repeatedly. For example, if you often review NDAs or SPAs, create a preset once and reuse it every time. You can still adjust the columns later if needed.
Use a table preset:
Click 'Table' from the home page.
Click 'Table Presets' (you’ll find it in the middle of the screen or top left corner).
Browse the available presets, they're sorted in the following categories:
All Presets: All the presets available for you to use in Zeno.
Personal: Presets you have created and saved.
Organization: Presets shared across your organization by your admins.
Curated by Zeno: Ready-to-use templates already created by Zeno.
If you click on the name of the preset, you'll see an overview of the name, description, and the columns included in this preset.
Select the preset you would like to apply and click the play button in the top right corner. Zeno will load a table with all preset columns.
Click 'Add Files' to use the preset on your documents.
