Making Your Own Table Preset

You can make a table preset in two ways. You can save a table you have already made as a preset, or create a preset from scratch. See how to do both below.

Saving a Table as a Preset

If you’ve created a table layout you want to reuse:

  1. In the table view, click 'Save as Preset' in the top left.

  2. Fill in the details:

    • A clear name for your preset.

    • A description (e.g. “For comparing employment agreements.”)

    • (Optionally) add additional columns by clicking '+ Add column'.

  3. Click 'Save as Preset'

Your preset will now be available anytime you start a new table and check table presets.

Creating a New Preset

To create a new table preset:

  1. Click on ‘Table Presets’.

  2. Click ‘New Preset’.

  3. Fill in the details of your new preset:

    • A description (e.g. “For comparing employment agreements.”

  4. Add columns to your preset by clicking ‘Add Column’.

    1. The name of the column (e.g. “Parties”)

    2. The instructions for what Zeno should look for

    3. The output type (choose from: Text, Yes/No, Date, Currency)
