You can share any saved prompt with your organization so others can use it across their workspaces.
To share a prompt:
Click on ‘Saved Prompts’.
Select the prompt you want to share.
Click ‘Share’ in the top right of the selected prompt preset to make the prompt available to your organization.
Once shared, other users in your organization will be able to find and use the prompt by selecting the ‘Organization’ tab in the left-hand side of the preset menu.
