How do I add a seat for a colleague?
To add a seat, invite your colleague to your organization inside Zeno, following these instructions.
Only admins can invite new users. If you purchased the subscription for your organization, you are the admin by default.
How does this affect my billing?
When you add new users, you will receive an invoice for the cost of their seats for the remainder of your current billing period.
Starting from your next billing cycle, the total cost is updated automatically and calculated as the number of active seats multiplied by the price per seat.
