Connect NetDocuments for Your Organization
Note: Only users with an Admin or Owner role can complete this step. Once connected, the NetDocuments integration becomes available to everyone in your organization.
Go to Settings.
Select Integrations.
Next to NetDocuments, click Connect.
Click Continue.
Enter a Display Name and select your Region.
NetDocuments is now enabled for your organization. Individual users can connect their own NetDocuments accounts by following the steps below.
Attach Files from NetDocuments to a Chat
Once the integration is enabled for your organization, any user can link their NetDocuments account and start attaching documents.
In a Zeno chat, click Attach a document.
In the top-right corner, click Integration.
Select NetDocuments.
Click New NetDocuments Connection.
Click Log in and sign in with your NetDocuments credentials.
From here, you will be able to select documents directly from your NetDocuments cabinets and use them in chats in Zeno.
After signing in, your NetDocuments account is linked. From now on, you can attach documents to any chat by clicking the attach button and selecting Integrations > NetDocuments.
Good to Know
The NetDocuments integration works on an upload basis. It does not stay in sync with your DMS. If a document is updated in NetDocuments after you have uploaded it to Zeno, the version in Zeno will not update automatically. To work with the latest version, you will need to re-upload the file from NetDocuments.
