Learn how to view and organize your files and folders in Zeno. Zeno's files section helps keep all the documents in your workspace in one place, so you can always use these files in chats, tables, and rulebooks, or translate them in Zeno.

Navigate to the Files Section

In the left side bar of Zeno, you have access to the files section. This is where you can find all the files and folders that have been uploaded to your workspace.

Find the Details of Your Files

  • Click on a folder to see an overview of all the files inside it, directly in Zeno.

  • Click on a file to open it in Zeno and view its contents.

For each file, Zeno shows:

  • The name of the file

  • The Languages button to translate the file into other languages. You can learn more about how to do that here.

  • The owner of the file.

  • The date the file was created in Zeno.

This gives you a clear audit trail for every file in your workspace.

Quick Access to Files

You can also get a quick overview of your files from the sidebar:

  • Click the small dropdown arrow next to “Files” in the left sidebar.

  • This shows all the files and folders you’ve uploaded to the workspace, without needing to open the full Files view.

When working in Zeno, you can 'drag and drop' documents from this left side bar into a chat or a table, to analyze those documents.
