Editing a Suggestion Before Applying It
Sometimes you may want to make small adjustments to a suggestion before adding it to your document. The Zeno Word Add-in allows you to edit a suggestion before applying it, so the final change fits your document perfectly.
How to edit a suggestion
When Zeno provides a suggestion, locate the edit (pen) icon in the top right corner of the suggestion.
Click the edit icon to open the suggestion for editing.
Update the text as needed.
Click Save to keep your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
If you want to return to Zeno’s original suggestion, click the Revert button in the top right corner.
Apply the updated suggestion to your document using your preferred apply option.
This lets you refine Zeno’s suggestions before they are inserted into your document.
